Teflon® PFA in the production of rubber
This company makes machinery for rubber production. Once these machines are put into operation, small particles of rubber are released that can float around the plant.
To avoid this as much as possible, large industrial exhaust hoods and ducts are mounted to the machine. To detect any residual black rubber, these hoods and air ducts were coated internally with +/- 50 µm PFA green.
