Fluorescent coating for frying baskets
On behalf of the client, we were asked to coat frying baskets in RAL 9005. These should prevent potato starch from sticking to the baskets after baking.
Teflon PFA was used for this application. This fluorine coating excels especially in terms of temperature resistance and non-stick properties. Especially in the food industry, packaging industry and (rubber) production environments, these are decisive assets.
