- - - Plastification
      To protect metal surfaces, we apply plastic coatings such as Abcite®, Rilsan® and Resicoat®. We do this using various plastification techniques such as swirl sintering or hot spraying.
    - Pretreatment
      We guarantee the quality of powder or wet paint coating by carrying out a thorough pre-treatment of the materials. Removing existing paint, degreasing metal, blasting or chemically pre-treating the metal surface with 7-phase trikation zinc phosphatation.
  - - Fluorescent coating
      For protection against aggressive chemicals and non-stick applications, we go a step further. With Halar®, Kynar®, Teflon® or Xylan® fluorine coatings, we combine corrosion prevention with extreme chemical resistance and low friction.
    - Abcite® coating
      For corrosion protection and chemical resistance, Abcite® is recommended by our coating distribution and installation specialists. We also have plenty of experience for extreme corrosion protection in water treatment in the maritime and offshore sector.
  - - Powder coating
      We have all the tools and knowledge to deliver flawless work. An equipped powder coating shop with an automated paint line and the unique zinc phosphatation for optimal adhesion and corrosion protection.
    - Additional Services
      Duracoat also offers the solution for additional services. One of the sister companies within the group, V coat, specializes in printing, assembly and EMI shielding.
