- - - Plastification
      To protect metal surfaces, we apply plastic coatings such as Abcite®, Rilsan® and Resicoat®. We do this using various plastification techniques such as swirl sintering or hot spraying.
    - Pretreatment
      We guarantee the quality of powder or wet paint coating by carrying out a thorough pre-treatment of the materials. Removing existing paint, degreasing metal, blasting or chemically pre-treating the metal surface with 7-phase trikation zinc phosphatation.
  - - Fluorescent coating
      For protection against aggressive chemicals and non-stick applications, we go a step further. With Halar®, Kynar®, Teflon® or Xylan® fluorine coatings, we combine corrosion prevention with extreme chemical resistance and low friction.
    - Abcite® coating
      For corrosion protection and chemical resistance, Abcite® is recommended by our coating distribution and installation specialists. We also have plenty of experience for extreme corrosion protection in water treatment in the maritime and offshore sector.
  - - Powder coating
      We have all the tools and knowledge to deliver flawless work. An equipped powder coating shop with an automated paint line and the unique zinc phosphatation for optimal adhesion and corrosion protection.
    - Additional Services
      Duracoat also offers the solution for additional services. One of the sister companies within the group, V coat, specializes in printing, assembly and EMI shielding.

Duracoat in the spotlight in VOM info

Proud to share: Duracoat is highlighted in the 02/2017 edition of VOM info!

Excited to announce that an article about our corrosion-resistant coatings has been published in VOM.

VOM info highlights in the article the importance of our effective corrosion protection in demanding environments, such as underwater or when exposed to aggressive chemicals and bacteria. Axalta Coating Systems has developed Abcite®, a thermoplastic powder coating, for durable protection without a primer. Abcite offers excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to various environmental conditions.

It also illustrates some applications of Abcite coatings, including pipelines, city furniture, and manhole covers. Abcite has chemical resistance in industrial environments, abrasion resistance under extreme conditions, and weather resistance. The coating is proven in various applications and meets high durability standards according to ISO specifications.
